Ready To Learn Magic?

Dates: June 11th – 15th (Mon-Fri)

Location: Mellwood Arts Center

Magic University is your chance to learn the art of magic from a 25 year veteran of magic and comedy. Dennis has won awards for his magic shows and best of all he has the heart of a teacher. He has headlined and produced several successful magic shows throughout the country. From French Lick Casino To Branson MO, Dennis has headlined his own show. During the second week of June he will be taking a week out of his busy schedule to share his skills and secrets with individuals who have a serious desire to learn more about the art of magic.
This class is for beginner and intermediate students ages 9-90.

Classes will run 3 hours each for five straight days. Students will be learning fun and easy tricks plus more challenging routines so that they can eventually build their very own 30-minute magic show. This will be a show that they can perform for the public and actually make money (with practice). Each routine will be taught to the group first, then students will receive personalized hands on training to help them learn the tricks. Each student receives a instructional DVD so they can also practice at home in between classes. All props, supplies, and materials are included in the registration fee.

BONUS:
On Sunday June 17th 4:00PM (Fathers Day) each student will perform a short 5-minute set on stage for a real audience at the Comedy Caravan Comedy Club. This will be a friends and family event and each student will get a free DVD of their live performance. This is the same stage where comics such as Jay Leno, Jerry Seinfeld, Gallagher, performed earlier in their careers.
