No More Fees With Robinhood!
I first became interested in the mobile stock trading app Robinhood, when I heard Snoop Dog was an early investor. The promise to offer no commission charges for online stock trades sounded way too good to be true. In contrast, Charles Schwab charges $6.95 and E-Trade is at $7.95. These small charges quickly add up and will cut into your profits fast. Thanks to Robinhood, there’s now a reliable and affordable solution for the individual investor.
With well over two million customers, it looks like I’m not the only one who loves this company. They’ve disrupted the industry by doing something no other online platform could successfully pull off. Feeling the pinch, many traditional online brokers are slashing prices, but for some, it might be too late. TD Ameritrade and E-Trade have both seen a mass exodus of investors.
With the all-new popularity of ETFs(Exchange Traded Funds), its easier than ever for the novice investor keep fees to a minimum but still enjoy the returns of good mutual funds. ETFs are amassing assets at the rate of $1 billion a day. Robinhood also offers no fees for trading ETFs, which makes it sweet.
I’ve been using the App on my Android for a little over a year with above average results. Check out my video review above, then give it a try!
